Let me not forget to write that yes I have fun and yes this blog is about my family and the crazy things we do, but let me not forget to write that I love them. I love them and I want them to know I love Jesus Christ. I know that He loves me and I stand in wonder and even surprise sometimes at the thought that he loves me always, even when I am not so bright and offers me His hand despite my incredibly many weaknesses. He does this because He is our Savior Jesus Christ and he calls us and hopefully even if it is hard we take His hand and hold on. My fears are always that I won't learn the lesson I should learn today and take it to tomorrow, but my hopes are that I will. Know I love you all and miss you. I may be far from you physically, but my heart is always thinking of my dear beloved ones where ever you are. Love ya, Heather
Hope this works now because wow, this can be annoying to get me blog writer to post here sometimes. Here goes...
Here are a few pics from Adam and Abe' soccer games.
Adam doing his own thing during the game with his cousin Genny.
Abe celebrating a goal.
Abe demonstrating his keen ability to wear underwear on his head when Mom says please get ready to go to school.
Wow! Could it be me? I never seem to have pictures of myself and maybe because I never seem to like them, but here one is. Oh well.
The kids playing at Paul's B-day BBQ.
Me and the blue cake. Look at that candle. It seems every time we have a birthday I can remember just about everything except the candles, or maybe that is I forget everything including the candles. Well we had to settle for this lovely blue candle for the cake since it was the only one we could find in the cupboard.
OK more later because the kids are going crazy...love you all.
Hello everyone. I have other pictures and comments to post, but while I have a minute I am going to post the video of Paul walking. Here you go:
They are having fun in the tractor truck that doesn't work, but hey they can use their imagination. Yes Adam and Abe have their pajamas on and look at Paul's buhda belly. Kate's a cutie too.

And now they have gone home. We had a great time with Grandma and Sarah and Genny and Eli. They all came down to visit and play with us for a few days. Now they have gone home and we are feeling a little empty. Here is a part of one of my favorite books "The Relatives Came" by Cynthia Rylant:
"Finally, after a long time, the relatives loaded up their ice chest and headed back to Virginia at four in the morning. We stood there in our pajamas and waved them off in the dark.
We watched the relatives disappear down the road,
Then we crawled back into our beds that felt too big and too quiet. We fell asleep.
And the relatives drove on, all day long and into the night, and while they traveled along they looked at the strange houses and different mountains and they thought about their dark purple grapes waiting at home in Virginia.
But they thought about us, too. Missing them. And they missed us. "
The pictures are great too. Here are some of ours:
Now Adam and Abe are bored again without them. This is a bummer because when they are bored I never know what they will dream up to not be bored. Miss you Mom, Miss you Sis.
Ok so repentance is in order. Maybe I over did it last time with the one million photos I put on here and said that ought to be good for at least a couple millenia right...Sorry I will do better. See the "I will" statement. Hehe. Alright so everything has changed. We live in Tucson Arizona since Johnny has been blesssed with a new job here with Raytheon. I could go on for hours about the past 6 months but then I probably wouldn't post again for a while. I think the secret might be that this has to me a moment thing and not a catch up thing. Any way we are glad to be in Tucson and grateful for the many blessings it has brought us. It has been one of those times where it has been true that we have hardly had "room enough to receive it (the many blessings)."

We had a fun time this month as Johnny's Auntie Cecilia came to visit us in the middle of August and Grandpa and Grandma Carmen stopped by for the day later in the month as well. Here are some highlights.
Here we all are at Auntie Cecilia's friend's house Gerald.
Auntie Cecilia with Old Man Paul (Her Father was named Paul as well!) They were immediate friends!
Katherine and Paul with Auntie
We went to the Arizona Science Center and the Planetarium too!
We also all went swimming at Gerald's house in Tempe and had a lot of fun.
Abe loved to jump in and make a big splash and Adam was swimming like a fish too!
Auntie Cecilia tried out the pool too and was great.
